A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is due when we reserve your event. The card used for the deposit AND the cardholder must be present at the time of party check in.

Any changes to your reservation’s date must be made at least 48 hours in advance and will be granted depending on availability.

An automatic 10% gratuity will be added onto your party’s total bill if: you make any changes to your reservation’s time on the day of your event, you are receiving a promotion, using a coupon, or if you have 15 or more guests.  A guest is defined by Odyssey Fun World as anyone in the party room.

There is a minimum of 11 paid participants for each room booking.  Maximum of 20 paid participants

No outside foods or drinks are permitted except birthday cake, cupcakes & ice cream.

Guests must follow all posted policies and procedures.  The management reserves the right to add additional policies and procedures as it feels necessary.

Please remember that only paid participants with your party package receive the entertainment and food options.  Chaperones will need to purchase additional items through their party coordinator.  Odyssey Fun World reserves the right to substitute or modify packages as necessary.

Birthday party add-on discounts are only available during your reserved party room scheduled time.

Birthday parties receive 2 hours in a private party room which begins immediately at your party’s scheduled reservation time, NOT THE TIME OF ARRIVAL.  After the reservation time expires, guests must leave the private party room.  Depending on availability, guests may be able to utilize a dining room table.

If guests refuse to leave the party room when the reserved time has expired, you will be subject to automatic overtime fees that will be taken out of your stored card, with a rate of $25.00 every 15 minutes.

Please review all age/height restrictions before your visit. If a participant does not meet age/height requirements for a party option (ie. Laser Tag, excluding unlimited wristbands), this attraction may be switched for another party option.

You may bring your own decorations but we ask please NO silly string, confetti, no tape in the party rooms, glitter or other messy decorations.

Deposits are non-refundable and Odyssey Fun World has a no refund policy.
