Looking for a place to plan a class trip, team party, awards ceremony or even a post prom? Look no further! Odyssey Fun World will make your school or daycare’s event out of this world! We can do it all, from simple 3-hour getaways for the kids to lock-ins or post proms, no event is too big or too small. We have a few simple guidelines for our group events:

The packages listed are strictly for non-profit organizations with proper tax-exempt identification. (Park Districts, Public/Private Schools, Day Cares, Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts, YMCA, Church Groups, Sports Teams etc.)

All groups must have a minimum of 15 guests in order to qualify for a group package. Please no birthday parties; we have separate packages specifically tailored for those.

LOCK-INS & PRIVATE EVENTS: In order for Odyssey to be open outside of normal business hours, groups must have a minimum of 100 paid guests at a higher rate

Group Packages Offered to Schools, Churches, Businesses, Corporations, and All Not-For-Profit Organizations. Must be paid with company check or credit card.
Not for use on family parties, please see our birthday packages to suit party needs.
Overnight and Private Rental quotes will be made on a case by case basis, but must have at least 100 paid participants

Group Policies:

There is a minimum of 15 guests for a group to take advantage of our Group Reservation Package prices..

No shows and parties canceling without a 48 hour notice will forfeit their deposit.

No outside food is permitted and Guests must follow all posted policies and procedures. The management reserves the right to add additional policies and procedures as it feels necessary.

Odyssey reserves the right to modify packages as necessary.

Groups do not receive a private party room or party host, but will be provided table(s) in our dining room area for their meal.

Please remember that only paid participants receive entertainment and food options; Chaperones will need to purchase all additional items separately.

All Guests entering Exploration Adventure must wear socks. If a Guest does not have socks, they may purchase them at the ticket booth window.

Odyssey Fun World has a no refund policy for items purchased.
